Expat pangs.

Being away from home has it downsides, no doubt. But on most days, life keeps us engrossed in it's mundane throes and we fail to process and feel the underlying void within that is constant and unrelenting. Don't get me wrong folks, we have it good here; but there are times when it hits you....

The experiment.

Phew! Blogging every waking hour, for 24 hours, isn't as easy as it sounds. Even if it is only a picture and a smattering of random words. I tried though. And every hour, as the long hand grazed 12, I clicked a picture and posted it as soon as I humanely could. Considering all that...

1 PM- Tiny humans are hard, hard work!

Laundry is best dealt with everyday. Or else.... weekends turn into foldathons! In an hour.. Dr J.

These days I'm a compulsive blogger. It's almost as if I HAVE TO blog. For the longest time, the very last thing I did before "dying" for the night, was read. Now I blog. Put the baby to sleep. Gossip with the hubster. Read. Blog. 'Tis the new routine. Surely, it won't last for long....

Things may change around here. Apparently, this blog is becoming too random for comfort. So the Husband says. Is it, folks? It started off as  Qatar Expat Diaries, turned into Myriad Interests cum Travelogue. That then morphed into Dr J's External (Public) Brain/ Journal.
